- • Creation of Personalized workout program (Takes 1 hour) with initial 3 hours of one-on-one personal training (Weight-Loss, Weight-Gain, Sport Specific Training)
- • Simple Nutrition guidance and Meal Tips
- • Available in Sjælland/Zealand Area Denmark
Additional sessions available at 400 DKK per hour or upon agreed deal discount if multiple weeks/months.
Online Training
Online Package: 800 DKK
- • 2 hours of virtual call one-on-one coaching
- • Video analysis of form and technique
- • Custom training program
- • Digital nutrition tips
- • Flexible scheduling
Follow-up sessions available at reduced online rates 300 DKK per hour or upon agreed deal discount if multiple weeks/months.
